💰SALARY: £28,000 – £32,000 P.A.
Our client, a well-established and growing company based in Sunbury, is looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to take ownership of their day-to-day finance operations. If you’ve worked in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, even better! But what really matters is your accounting expertise, your command of Sage and Excel, and your enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
đź“š Your Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily data entry and ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant
- Managing sales and purchase invoices with precision
- Performing regular bank reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assisting with ad hoc financial tasks and projects as required
🧠Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Supervisor or similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of Sage and Excel
- A high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a strong advantage
