Service Desk Advisor

Our client is seeking a professional and calm individual to join their busy and growing company. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of tasks including managing bookings, organizing customer arrivals, and managing a high volume of calls. You will need to maintain records of details and notes in the system accurately, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and always provide excellent customer service. You will be able to multi-task and have excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.

Walton-on-Thames

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM with a 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks, and a 30-minute lunch break. No weekend work.

20 days bank holiday.

£31,250 per annum
