Customer Service Representative/Administrator

Our client is seeking a reliable and efficient Customer Service Representative to carry out the following duties within customer service and production functions:

Process customer purchase orders, create sales orders and worksheets using Sage 50 accounts and CIM50.  Invoice customers, arrange daily despatch of goods to the UK and EU including the production of delivery notes and certificates of conformity, as well as communicating with carriers via phone and email.  You will produce Good Received Notes and provide a high level of customer support dealing with customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner.  You will also inform customers of lead times.  The role will include liaison with suppliers for quotations and the updating of records, purchasing of re-sale items from suppliers.  You will be responsible for carrying out stock maintenance and reordering  of cleanroom consumables.  You will carry out photocopying of documents and various labels required for day to day production (e.g. worksheets, pack labels, water test labels, vacuum test ad inspection labels preparation).  The role will include various other administrative duties including answering phones when required.

The role requires someone who has superb customer service, admin and PC skills and who is numerate and keen to learn.

This is a full time and office based role from Monday – Friday.

39 hour week with 30 minute lunch break.

£23 – 25.000P.A.
