· Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries)
· Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
· Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls for busy customer services
· Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
· Completing customer bookings on in-house systems
· Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
· Liaising with agents and managers nationally and internationally, ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments
· Ideally will have experience in working in the courier industry in a similar role
