Our client is seeking a practical, reliable, and ready to roll candidates to join their growing team as a Customer Service Technician. This role offers variety, job satisfaction, and the chance to make a real impact for customers in need.
This is not a desk job! You will be out and about visiting homes and properties affected by damage (fire, flood, etc.), packing and collecting items like clothing and electronics for restoration. Then helping to clean, restore, and process them back at the warehouse.
📚Your key responsibilities:
- Drive to customer properties across the region
- Carefully pack and transport items needing restoration
- Assist with cleaning, repairing, and sorting items in the warehouse
- Work closely with your team to ensure top-quality service
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers on-site
🧠 Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence
- A hands-on, can-do attitude – lifting, loading, and physical work involved
- Great team spirit and a friendly, helpful approach
- Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Willingness to work both in the warehouse and on the road
