Our client is seeking an exceptional Finance/Customer Service Manager for our long-standing client in the beautiful Hampton Court area. The perfect candidate will be a newly CIMA-qualified finance professional with a strong interest in customer service and system innovation.

📚Your Key Responsibilities:

🗣️Customer Service & Technical Administration

  • Customer Support: Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing outstanding service and resolving queries via email or phone.
  • Sales Order Processing: Handle orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and seamless communication with customers.
  • System Integration & Automation: Spearhead the implementation of innovative solutions (like automated systems or apps, such as WhatsApp) to enhance customer experience and boost team productivity. Your ideas to elevate operational efficiency will be welcomed with open arms

📊 Finance Management

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports for the sales and operations teams. Stay on top of VAT returns, annual returns, and financial analysis.
  • Cash Flow & Budgeting: Analyse the company’s financial performance, forecast future spending and profits, and make recommendations for cost reduction or profit maximization.
  • Account Management: Oversee the maintenance of debtor and creditor ledgers, prepare financial statements, and manage vendor agreements, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Handle credit control, process payroll journals, manage expenses, and ensure accurate credit card reconciliations.

🧠 Requirements:

  • CIMA Qualification: Ideally newly qualified, with a strong understanding of financial management.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting role is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong skills in Sage and Excel, with the initiative to explore and implement new systems that improve efficiency.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when dealing with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: You’re able to juggle multiple responsibilities and manage your time effectively in a dynamic environment.
