Full or Part Time Administrator with strong Word & Excel skills – 12 month contract
Our client is a professional firm with a small friendly office in Esher and a larger presence in the USA. They are seeking an Administrator who has superb proof reading and Word and Excel skills to prepare final reports and proof read them to ensure that all documentation is correct prior to final submission. You will also be responsible for supporting a team of 3 within their UK office and also 30 people in the USA. You will be involved in general administration, proof reading and sending out reports after checking them thoroughly.
The ideal candidate will have strong Word and Excel skills, a very good command of the English language (written and spoken) and excellent attention to detail. The role consists mainly of formatting so it is essential that the candidate has strong Excel and analytical skills.
This is a full time role with hybrid work available. Our client will consider someone to work for 3 days per week.
You will live local to Esher and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
This role is contract/temporary initially as the company plan to move to London within 12 months. There will be the option of moving with them should this be suitable for the candidate.
