Accounts Assistant/Office Administrator – 30 hours per week

Our client is a friendly professional and established organisation seeking a good administrator with accounting to skills to join their team asap.

You will be able to work 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday (6 hours per day) and be responsible for general admin support to the operations functions including but not limited to:
· Data Entry
· Scanning, completing and organising files
· Answering and directing calls
· Ordering of supplies
You will also assist in accounting duties. This is a role where you could progress to Bookkeeping and running the accounts department in time. If you have Bookkeeping experience of a qualification, this would be a distinct advantage but general accounting skills with the willingness to learn will definitely be considered.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years administrative experience, some accounting experience and great attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation recording. You will be highly numerate and organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate small projects.

Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft Suite) as well as finance abilities.

This is a great role and the hours can be flexible but you will be able to spread your hours out over 5 days per week. (FULL TIME AND OFFICE BASED ONLY)
