Our client is a small removals company and looking for a part time admin assistant to help them out in the office side of things, who is happy to work mornings. (Mon – Fri).
Someone who is proactive and organised who will come in and assist their manager in general admin jobs as well as generating invoices, implementing systems. Must have good communicational skills.
Flexibility with morning hours.
Completing invoices is ESSENTIAL.
Admin/PA work potentially be done at clients house, alongside office manager, in Twickenham until settled then role could be completed from home is needed.
