Office Administrator

Our client is a lovely childcare company and is looking for an experienced office administrator who can come in and hit the ground running. You must be proactive and able to work independently. They need someone who is a quick learner and with great telephone manner as a lot of the role will include speaking to people on the phone. You must be IT literate, skilled with time management and comfortable with basic office and record management.

You will be working in a small office and have colleagues who can help out if needed, but it is a very busy role so being a proactive, fast learner is a huge benefit.

Temporary initially and permanent for the right person.

They are a childcare company and do offer a 75% discount on childcare if needed.

Hours: (Mon – Fri) 10:00 – 16:00 during term time (school time)

Ad-hoc days during school holidays

£11.50 PH
