Working Hours: Part-time, 3 Days a Week
Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who will be responsible for matching purchase orders with supplier invoices, accurately inputting invoices and reconciling discrepancies, processing payments and maintaining a systematic filing system. You will communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues and you will assist in month end closing activities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment approvals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role. You will also have proficient in accounting software Xero, and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential as are excellent organisational and time management skills. You will have effective communication and interpersonal abilities and knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Salary: Between £14,500 and £16,500 (Depending on experience)
