Part Time Travel Administrator/Rentals Consultant

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business. This position demands accuracy and attention to detail as finding the right holiday and providing the best service for your client carries high importance. A very good level of literacy, English grammar, both spoken and written is essential. This role requires good communication skills over the phone and via email as the main objective will be to sell holiday rentals to clients and so any previous sales experience would be helpful but not essential as full training would be provided.

You will be responsible for all of the Admin related to Covid queries, quarantine regulations, cancellations etc.

Excellent organisational skills are required and you will be competent in the following areas:

Customer Service

Excel – Mail merging ideally and Word


Website Administration

Rental calculations & percentages and exchange rates(numeracy)

Cross checking invoices


You will live locally to the Hampton Court area and be available to work on a part time and permanent basis.

Hours of work: 9am – 2pm (slightly flexible)
Saturday in rotation for part of the year with day off in lieu (January-September only)

£10.25 Per Hour Approx
