Our client is a very successful recruitment business specialising in contract and permanent. They require a confident and motivated individual to work alongside the consultants to source suitable candidates for job roles. You will be a bright, hard-working and motivated individual with a genuine desire to achieve and make a difference. No previous experience in recruitment is required, as full training is provided (although it would be a distinct advantage) but you will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and keen to work within a Sales role that will offer progression and stability.
You will use online job boards and social media to source suitable candidate and telephone and develop relationships with new and existing candidates. You will call client contacts during the recruitment process and complete other necessary tasks required within a small team.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable on the phone. You will have a good rapport and relationship building skills, be dependable and hardworking, articulate with a good sense of humour and you will have the ability to deal with high volumes of work. You will be a team player with a keen eye for attention to detail and you will be tenacious, analytical and resilient.
Solid GCSE education, but higher levels of education are preferred.
Monday – Friday: 2 weekly shifts 8am – 5.30pm & 9am – 6.00pm with an hour for lunch
Basic Salary of £20.000 + Uncapped Commission (£10K appro)
