Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing/Commercial Secretary to work within their established firm. The successful candidate will work on a one to one basis with Head of Residential Conveyancing and support the team where necessary. You will have 2 – 3 years experience within a similar role and have strong admin and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure and you will possess strong communication skills. You will be able to deal with all pre and post completion matters including population and registration applications to Land Registry. You will type letters and documents and be proficient in Word for document production. You will have good Audio Typing skills and be able to work with minimum supervision. If you have familiarity with LMS and Lender Exchange, that would be useful.
Hours – 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
