Our client is looking for a professional and motivated Sales Administrator who can supper the delivery of Sales/Marketing and customer journey objectives by delivering a comprehensive range of administrative tasks. You will undertake tasks that benefit from high repeatability as this reduces the risk of errors. The remit is to full support the sales activities in their region and extends to both new and preowned properties.
You will be responsible for specific tasks including sales process related paperwork, whether physical or digital and you will also assist the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Consultants in progressing prospective customers to the handover point the the property management.
You will be the main focal point for the Regional Sales Team and strive for perfection in the operation of the sales process and all outputs (measured by scoring of sales administration performance in new resident feedback form. You will take lead responsibility to ensure telephone are answered within 5 rings and pass the prospects details immediately to the relevant sales consultant. You will deliver accurate appointment scheduling and liaise professionally and efficiently with staff and take responsibility for EPC’s, Floorplans and inventories. You will accurately prepare property details and deal with lettings and sales administration
You will have proven experience in a comparable role within real estate/property
Good standard of education required
Full Driving licence required.
You will be well presented with excellent communication skills and be IT literate
CRM systems or ERP experience ideal.
£25 – 26.000P.A + 10% bonus
