📚Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Heart: Inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care and early education for children aged 2–5.
- Be the Spark: Create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
- Safeguard & Support: Step up as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed and champion child protection policies.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Build meaningful relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and local professionals.
- Drive Success: Help grow the nursery’s reputation and occupancy while supporting daily operations and managing resources wisely.
🧠 Requirements:
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Proven leadership skills—confident in guiding and mentoring a team
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and early years frameworks
- A great communicator who loves working in a team and values family partnerships
- A deep passion for early childhood education and helping every child reach their full potential
