Our client is seeking a proactive, organised, customer focused Service Administrator to work in their extremely busy service department. You will deal with online and telephone enquiries, complete inbound and outbound calls and manage your own customer bookings. You will be responsible for completing manufacturer quality checks and filing customer invoices as well as selling vehicle service plans. You will also be responsible for selling service plans, filing, daily banking and selling service plans.
You will be able to work under pressure and as part of a team with good attention to detail. You will have experience of working with the public, delivering a high level of customer service. You will be professional, have smart appearance and be well organised and trustworthy
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00
One in three Saturday mornings 08:00 – 13:00 (paid at over time flat rate)
£10 for every service plan sold (average 60 per month)
Bonus also for department turnover and customer satisfaction.
