We are looking for a motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to start work immediately on a temporary basis initially.
You will assist the Senior Consultant with updating candidate files, organising temporary bookings and interviews, sending out interview confirmations, updating window display, posting out mail shots and answering and filtering calls.
You will also assist our Accounts/Office Manager with timesheet chasing and updating spreadsheets and you will be trained on how to source CVs from job sites for relevant positions and register candidates.
There are lots of candidates that need to be updated and called to see if they are still looking for work and many other jobs within this varied role.
This requires someone who is fast thinking, on the ball and with excellent customer service skills – face to face and on the telephone.
You will be happy to be on your own in the office occasionally and work within a small and friendly team.
Good timekeeping and the willingness to be flexible during busy times essential. This is not a job for a clock watcher.
