Temp – Perm Sales Administrator

Our client is an established Design & Build company that require someone who can start immediately and on a temp – perm basis.  You will provide vital administration support to the team duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Diary management
  • Meeting and greeting visitors into the building with a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Following up sales leads with a warm approach to ensure that customers who have requested quotes, have received them. You will ask them questions and deal with enquiries and softly try to ensure that they take the quotation up
  • Order office supplies, organise conference calls and book in meetings
  • Keep the CRM system up to date

The ideal candidate will have experience of using a CRM system, have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.  You will have strong customer service and admin skills and if you  have worked within the Construction Industry. this would be a distinct advantage.

9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (Office based only)

Salary: From £28.000P.A.
