Temp – Perm Online Fulfilment Assistant/Customer Service Assistant, Split Role

The role will begin with a rough split of 50/50 order fulfilment and customer service, but during peak periods (Feb-Jul) might shift more towards the fulfilment side:
Mornings / Fulfilment:
• Picking and packing orders
• Prepping orders (steaming and quality control)
• Processing stock deliveries (opening / checking / counting / putting away)
• Shipping fabric rolls to manufacturers (bagging for transit / weighing / booking courier)
• Stock Control (counting / processing regular stock takes)
• Able to lift up to 20kg

Afternoons / Customer Service:
• Receive handover from CS colleague on morning shift re: any outstanding issues to follow up
• Provide customer service via email/phone/webchat – including sizing queries for customers, style recommendations, order status
• Contact customers to resolve any order queries
• Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues
• Represent company brand voice (professional/friendly/courteous/helpful)
• Approving new orders
• Processing returns (opening / checking / processing)
• Processing payments / refunds

High street retail or premium hospitality experience would definitely be desirable.
