Our client is looking to take on reliable and bright individuals to undertake mechanical assembly work. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role will involve performing a variety of simple to complex assembly operations of mechanical components, sub assemblies and unites.
You will have the ability to follow assembly drawings and procedures and you will use manual and electric power screwdrivers/tools to assemble parts. You will build mechanical assemblies from drawings and use hand assembly tools.
You will have a flexible attitude and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have good attention to details with a desire to maintain and improve quality.
Ideally you will have prior experience of assembling mechanical components, sub assemblies and units. You will be able to follow procedures and have knowledge of basic hand tools.
However, if you are bright and keen to work in a factory environment and quick to learn, training will be given but you must be able to commit to work until December 2021
