Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic and well organised to work in a vibrant and creative environment. As a part of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily tasks, ensuring high levels of customer service; health and safety and security.
You will deputise for the Director of Operations as well as supervise and train the front of house staff. You will be able to liaise with staff, customers and clients confidently and be conversant with the diary of events and activities. You will need to be reliable and committed to the role, potentially having to work outside working hours. You will oversee staff and customer safety and security as well as supervising the front of house arrangements, ensuring the venue is running smoothly.
You will be able to maintain good, professional relationships and represent the client as an ambassador. You will be forward thinking, be able to create and implement strategy, meeting various deadlines, have managing experience, work well in a team and be computer literate.
Clean driving license and driver is an advantage.
Ideally have experience in leadership/managerial roles.
