Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their 3-year Trainee Programme. This is a rare chance to learn every aspect of production engineering, from the workshop to real-world installations, with full support, structured training, and on-the-job experience.
📚 Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will rotate through key departments and build the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Production Engineer
- Follow a structured training schedule tailored to your development
- Gain hands-on experience in production, refurbishment, assembly, and inspections
- Assist with product installations, training demos, exhibitions, and customer support (UK & abroad!)
- Learn how to prepare and manage technical documentation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean workshop environment
- Support senior engineers and production teams across a wide range of tasks
- Complete internal and day-release training courses to enhance your technical skills

- Mechanical and technical assembly
- Product refurbishment and PDI (pre-delivery inspection)

🧠Requirements:

🎓 Education & Training:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and ideally Science or Technology subjects
- Willingness to attend off-site training courses as part of your development
